Online information abounds re the old FM2 and FM3, but all the designations are changing and I will list the useful new stuff as it appears.

Aduanas      For forms and information having to do with customs, foreign vehicles and such. 
Migracion     To get the migracion form, click on first grey box on the right (solicitudes ...) ... then choose Vive in Mexico ... then the top of the form has two drop down boxes.  Choose a seleccione ... then choose a especifique.  This is tricky, but translate.google can get you thru it.
